What university has the best computer science/ technology program?

What is your opinion about University of Illinois at Chicago for a Master's program in Computer Science?

I know that University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is a much better university compared to UIC. UIUC is in a league of its own. But, I want to know the general opinion of UIC with regard to quality of education, reputation, facilities etc. It may not be a top University but is it a very good University? Or is it just an average or a very mediocre University? Kindly make sure that your opinion is with respect to the Computer Science program. A general outlook is welcome, but my specific interest lies in Computer Science department. Awaiting your kind and honest replies. :) Thanks in advance. :)

According to U.S News and World Reports widely accepted rankings of colleges and universities. For a graduate degree, UIC is ranked 58th nationwide, which as the other poster commented is certainly respectable. For a graduate degree as you said the U of I at Champaign-Urbana is in a top league ranked number 5 in the country and tied with Cornell for second place, behind the four schools tied for 1st place.
