It does not look the same in daylight. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ricomon87/6009064407/in/photostream Flags? Too many vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines to even notice the flags. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ricomon87/6009609092/in/photostream The perspective is okay but I keep looking for a few cars in the outbound lane...distracting. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ricomon87/6009056209/in/photostream B&W...nice attempt to make the look of the 40s. Again...this is the big city but few cars. It and the previous view must have been shot in the early morning. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ricomon87/6009603450/in/photostream Now I see the flags better but am still distracted by the stationary vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines. Maybe another perspective of the flags might be more interesting. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ricomon87/6009054315/in/photostream This B&W shot of Marina Towers makes the comparison to corn cobs evident. I like the Chicago River as a base. Most photos of these structures fail to show the reason for the name...a boat marina at water level. It can easily be seen in your shot...good job.

i really like the first photo, i especially like the colouring and the brightness. i love it! i like the colouring in the second photo aswell but not as much because i think it looks to cut the way the picture has been cropped (or if it's naturally like that, then the size of it) and i think it looks to cut off at the bottom love the third one! the fourth ones awesome fifth one i feel the same as the second the sixth one doesn't really stand out to me it looks dull

The two buildings are Marina City -- I like the pictures, especially chicago at night and the black and white one..... ok you wanted suggestions - when taking a pic of a highrise or something big make sure it's grounded by land and a little sky on the top - the better pictures you took were like that --
