Photography contests for people under 18?

Chicago costume contests 2012, win prizes and money? I can't seem to find one for adults?

I plan on making an insanely elaborate costume this year and when Halloween rolls around I'll be 18. I would like to find a few costume contests that preferably you can win prizes or money in. Or extremely large contests with no money but lots of people. I want my costume to be seen and I wouldn't mind a few bucks, know what I mean? It'll probably be kid friendly, once I start working on it I'll have to figure out if the character I want will work but most likely not too scary. I need to know of any major Halloween events where you're supposed to go in costume or contests in Chicago, thanks!!
