Cheapest Cambridge Parking?

  • Hi, I recently got a job in Cambridge, MA. My job is located right near the Museum of Science, so I am very very close to the Science Park (green line). Where is the closest and cheapest parking garage? What are my options? I'm looking to buy a monthly parking pass, unless there is a cheaper day-to-day parking option.

    Park at the Riverside T station in Newton/Wellsley. It only costs about 5 bucks to park. Take the Geen Line all the way to either Science Park or Lechmere (depending exactly where your work is, both stops are close)

"Cheap" and "Cambridge Parking" do not even belong in the same sentence. Parking in general is so hard to find in Cambridge that inexpensive parking is pretty much non-existent. And god forbid it snows- "No Parking in Snow Emergency" signs will kill you.I agree with the other answerer, the Green Line is definitely your best bet here.
