Dell is based in Roundrock, TX just a few minutes north of Austin. I'd definitely try them. They offer great benefits, and definitely room to grow. Good Luck

I saw that Cisco was voted a great place to work. Apple seems to be hiring a lot of entry level people these days. Dell is the major employer here. They have entry level as well.

You may also want to try the temp agencies, since most of the big companies here hire through them as well. I believe Dell uses Spherion, and Apple uses Volt.
