Where can I find a mounted Bull's Scrotum (Bully Bag) in Austin, TX?

I remember seeing this item one time but can't find it anywhere. It is a mounted leather pouch made from a bull's scrotum. You can put pens or change in it or whatever. I'm going to Austin in two weeks and wondering if anyone knows where I might find one of these quirky novelty items? Thanks!!
