How can I do camping in the yellow stone park?

What is included with the camping / parking fee to Stone Mountain Park and what costs extra to do?

• I want to go camping at Stone Mountain Park for my birthday. My impression from the website is that we pay to camp ($30/night for the site we want) and pay $8.00 to park and then we can go around the park and swim, use the playground, hike, etc. It is also my understanding that there are MANY other activities such as a museum and train ride, etc, but I am having a hard time deciphering what will be INCLUDED with our camping admission and what we would have to pay out of pocket for. If possible, please break it down into two lists - What will be included if we are camping there and what activities are available but not included. Thanks!

  You may want to contact them to see what exactly is included with your camping. There are more things to do than the train and museum. There are the sky lifts, the 4-D theater and there's a boat called Ride the Ducks (or something like that). They drive you and many other people out to the lake and then they drive the boat into the water. It's really cool. You get a little quaker and and everything. I don't remember anything else but if you get the arm band (I think it's a little over $20) then you get to do everything. Good luck and hope you have fun!
