Where can I find a rental cabin that will rent to 18 year olds?

My friends and I are very responsible and are looking to rent a cabin for about a week in the summer, preferably somewhere near a river or lake and with a mountainside view. I have been looking at cabins in the Blue Ridge Mountains, but all that I have found will only rent to 21 year olds. Does anyone know of any company in this area, or of a similar experience that will allow 18 year olds to check in? Thanks.

Cabin Adventures rents for lots of different cabins from all different owners. each owner probably has their own set of rules, check with them.

Very few rental companies will rent to children. You have to be a legal aged adult to rent anything.
