I cannot decide whether to live in Michigan or Georgia? I;m either going to U of M or UGA? I need help?

  • ok, well i'm either going to U of M or UGA for premed. I don't really care about the school right now as much. They're both amazing schools, so don't tell me anything about the schools please. I just have some factors, that i can't decide where to live. Ok, and don't say Michigan's economy is horrible and don't go there. Because i know that, but i still want to go there. You can still live there. Ok, so here are some factors I love rain i love snow(i want a white christmas) i love trees and rain i love grass I am a very strong christian i'm republican i like family being a big part of life I like the weather part of Michigan, and i like the idea of michigan and I wanna live in the SNOW really bad and i understand that there is christianity there(of course). But i was born in Georgia and i'm used to the morals and values of it. like i'm used to the christianity being HUGE, and it being republican. So iDK, from all this info, where do you think i should go.. I mean i really want a snow, and i like cold weather. lol, but i don't know I love Georgia, but it's hot, ...idk. Help. Like i like the weather in MIchigan, but the morals in GA and also, i don't wanna be considered a redneck. whcih i'm not,but i know it has that reputation BTW, i lived in GA for 12 years. That's why im deciding.

    Michigan!!!! i live in georgia and it sucks!!!! and the amount of republicans are going down pretty quickly. you will never get a white christmas in georgia, we have been in a drought for like 3 years, it is WAY to hot, there is nothing to do! you are so lucky you get a choice to move out of state Michigan is my dream college and my parents are forcing me to go to college in georgia to take advantage of HOPE.

Ummmm. This probably isn´t the right place for this question...Higher Education would be better for you. Do you suppose that MAYBE the academic considerations should enter into your decision? My nephew went with Michigan. He just graduated, and loved every minute of it! I would probably check into the qualifications in your chosen major...fincancial considerations, and the like. I doubt they would consider you a "redneck". They are used to students from all over the country...they don't have that sort of attitude, there.

I love rain - Rains a lot in Georgia during the winter i love snow(i want a white christmas) - Won't get that in GA i love trees and rain - Plenty of Trees in GA. i love grass - Georgia is very "green" and the mountains are beautiful I am a very strong christian - Favors the south for sure. i'm republican - Favors the south for sure and GA especially Looks like MI only wins one category, SNOW.
