Are these extended stay places in Fayetteville,NC in safe locations?

I am moving to Fayetteville for three months and am trying to find an extended stay hotel. I found these but dont know anything about the location. Does anyone know if the area is good? Or is it better to live outside Fayetteville? I heard that the crime is pretty high. Which would be the best one to choose or any other recommendations. Thanks! Jennifer, if I was you, I'd contact the Fayetteville Visitors Bureau at 800/255-8217. Tell them your dilemma, and some nice person -- you have to be nice to work in a visitors bureau! -- would be able to steer you in the right direction. If you're going down there for a three month employment stint, your employer should be able to direct you to a safe and clean place to live. (If you need them, you could also try the Chamber of Commerce at 910/483-8133,) Good luck!
