How to add minutes to somebody else phone by useing my phone?

• Anybody can give me some information that I need with my Verizon phone? Ok I remember one time I knew how to add minutes on somebody else phone with my phone and wonder if anybody know the number to dial to add minutes on somebody else phone over my phone? I know how to add minutes to my own phone but wonder how can I add minutes to somebody else phone when useing my own phone to do it?
