What does "per property" actually mean when renting holiday villas?
-
Me and Friends (8 of us) are planning to go on holiday next year we have found a perfect villa to stay in however it says the rental basis is per property. For the time we would be considering it would be £504 weekly but as it says per property it seems a tad cheap? what does "per property" actually mean?
-
Answer:
It sounds like it means that the price of £504 pounds will be paid irrespective of whether there are maximum people in the property (8?) or just two.
