What should I not miss seeing on my round the world trip?

Planning first Round the World Trip. Opinions on my Itinerary?

My first international trip alone and I'm excited and nervous. Just need help planning. Please provide suggestions? Is it enough days? Too hectic? General opinions. I'm after new experiences and a mix of seeing city highlights and mixing a bit of touristy stuff with cultural experiences. Day 1: Singapore stopover (City highlights tour; shopping) Day 2: Finland stopover (1 day tour) Day 3: Paris (3 days exploring, 2 museums max) Day 6: Tour Start France (Tours, La Rochelle, Dorgones, Vezere) Day 20: Tour Ends Spain (Pyrenes Mt, San Sebastian, Madrid) Day 21: New York, USA Day 26: Fly home (Sydney, Australia)

Sounds like a great trip to me. First 3 days will be busy - hope you can sleep on the plane else you'll be sleeping on the tours. Also, if your going to Louvre, make reservations now. Plan to spend 1st day in NYC taking it easy - seems like you have enough time to see NYC however. I would plan to see a show on Broadway there. Make your reservations now! Have FUN!!!!
