I hate to tell you, but you can't travel to North Korea. It's a communist country, and closed off to the rest of the world. You would need special permission from their government to go there. Maybe you're thinking of South Korea?

Hi - I am interested too and I am losely beginning to plan a trip going through Russia to China on the railway, then onto North Korea by rail. Probably in May - June. Let's stay in touch! Just one thing: What nationality are you? If you are American it would be very hard for you to get a DPRK visa. You would be carefully watched while you were there which would ruin the experience somewhat. Also you might not be allowed to see some of the good sites. Americans cannot enter the country by train, have to fly in for some reason.
