How to get customers for my travel agency?

How do I get an online travel agency to refund my money for the bookings I cancelled.?

  • I booked two rooms through an online travel agency and then had to cancel. They told me that after holding back 10$ for cancellation charges they would refund my money. Its been two months and they still have not made the refund. They also refuse to reply to my emails also. How can I get them to refund my money??

  • Answer:

    Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. The merchant will then get contacted by the credit card company. That should get things moving faster.

hi....i'm in the travel line.....usually for refund it will take between 3-6 months the latest...if they are not picking up the phone and replying to you then something must be wrong somewhere.... good luck....

that is one big reason NOT to book with an online travel agency ! They may be out of business. Call you credit card company immediately.
