Ideas for family Holiday?

Me my wife (who is 3 months pregnant) and our 5 year old daughter want to go on holiday within the next 3 months either in UK or abroad. We have a budget of £600 (excluding spending money) where should we go?

Answer:
We've been here with our boys who are now aged 6 and 8, since they were little... http://www.weststarholidays.co.uk/ The entertainment for children is first class and at aged 5 your daughter would love it! Depends where you live I suppose, but we stay at Sandford in a static caravan. Have fun, wherever you decide to go - holidays with little ones are so much fun!

Oooh congratulations! Centre Parcs is great, your wife can spend some time chilling out in the Spa, taking in the fresh air and there are plenty of activities for everybody. It can be as active or as leisurely as you like! Longleat one is quite hilly but there is the safari park next door too (the one that is on the telly!)

If I were you I would go to Majorca or somewhere abroad but fairly close on a late deal. You should be able to get something easily for £600 at the last minute. Holidaying in the UK is so expensive, camping wont be very comfortable for your wife. Me and my partner looked into UK and holidays and found that european hols were cheaper by far. If you go in June you should get a really good deal!

Self catering holiday sounds about right....not camping with a pregnant wife, she will never forgive you.. Don't know where you are from....try the south west coast of Scotland in the Portpatrick area, nice area, lots of good beaches, but quiet walks, lots of sky, fishing, holidays as they used to be where you have to make your own entertainment.
