New Zealand or Disneyland Paris for easter holiday trip?

  • i'm planning a holiday during the easter with my daughter 7yrs and in two minds of whether to go to auckland (new zealand) for two weeks or disneyland paris for one week?? My daughter loves disney but i know she will be scared to go on most of the rides, i love the idea of new zealand and there are so many sights/activities catered to her interests but for the price of flight and hotel we can only go for two weeks during easter, august would be perfect but as its their winter there it will be raining and cold and we'd end up stuck in our hotel room lol.. So which do you think would be an better holiday? i want to book it by next week. Or any other recommendations of holiday destinations?

    Auckland does not get THAT cold in winter. If it gets below 12oC they are moaning about the cold. Yes Auckland weather seems to rain a lot, but 5 minutes later its sunny again. There are lots of inside things to do eg Kelly Tarltons underwater world. They have rainbows end which is a theme park in Auckland which is an option and do some of the rides. I went years ago and I am not sure what they have now but there will be some rides she could do. I would do Auckland.

I would choose New Zealand too since Paris will go crowded on easter holiday for sure since most travelers came from visiting the Vatican or some Catholic Landmarks.
