How Do I Get Discounted Cruises?

Is there anywhere to get discounted cruises or all inclusive resort stays?

  • I'm looking up cruises or all inclusive resorts to go to with my boyfriend. I see on carnival.com "$199/person 5 day cruise!" But then you need to factor in that they charge around $75 a person in taxes plus I would need to pay for airfare. I live in NJ. There are plently of cruises out of NYC and Baltimore. But these are more expensive. I also found a 5 day one from Baltimore for $250 a person, but it would realistically add up to $600 a person with taxes, fuel fees, cost of liquor, excursions, cost to park car in Baltimore etc. I've heard that you can go to a travel agent last minute and sometimes find a cruise for really cheap, but I don't know if this is true. Is there any way I'm going to find a cruise or vacation package at a resort for around $300 a person?
