Why is my package taking too long to arrive?

I live in Manhattan,New york and i ordered a zentai suit on August 31 from Mysexyzentai.com its located in china, ever since my zentai was finished being made on September 8th its been shipped away and iv been tracking the suit everyday by some japanese mailing website they send me by email and at first it arrived to "San francisco" to go to the USPS warehouse so i checked the USPS website and track it from there instead and it only has one information on it and its that the package is "Processed through Sort Facility" and the date says that was on September 16. Now i checked on the japanese mailing site and it showed alot more information and it said that my package got to New york 2 days ago, then Long island now it said that yesterday it was "DELIVERED" on September 19. Now its September 20 and i didnt get ANYTHING and i was home all day yesterday and today, no note, no door bell, no nothing. I feel like I've been scammed, but the site I ordered from the suit got many positive reviews and I've heard good things about them and its wierd how USPS has only info on the package for September 16 while the japanese site is giving me info on the package everyday.. Now im worried its probably sent to the wrong person when i gave my address 100% correctly. I paid about $18 extra just so that the package can arrive faster, it said "3-5" days to arrive not 20 freakin days! 18 dollars wasted.. So any advice on how to solve this ? i called USPS a few minutes ago and they couldnt help me.. all they said was that its being processed then i was like "that was 5 days ago it HAD to be in new york by now" and then they just said they dont know whats going on then. so im nervous that i probably spend alot of money for nothing..

Yes,you may have been scammed! Call the credit card company you paid for the item with if you don't receive it! Was the item insured? Was the item sent registered? Registered has it's own label/tracking number and is secure and locked up! It might cost an extra $11.50 fee but it may be worth it! How was it sent? Priority International? First Class international?

You could check the address at the package, and see whether it's correct. If yes, confirm with the shipping company and find out what's wrong. If not, then maybe the seller gave you wrong track code, you could communicate with them and find out why.
