Is the Delta SkyMiles Credit Card worth getting?

So here is the thing, I travel a lot for my work to other countries and other states and I was offered a Delta SkyMiles Credit Card but when it comes to credit cards I get very worried hahaha. Can you guys tell me your thoughts? and maybe pros and cons to those of you who have it and use it? Thanks for your help!!!

  It can be - mostly depends on you flying on Delta but not entirely. There is a membership fee for having the card. You obviously earn Delta SkyMiles for using the card, in addition to the bonus when you get it. If you charge $25K/year you get Delta MQM miles in addition to regular SkyMiles. The luggage fee is waived for 1 checked bag on Delta, which saves about $25 per trip, each way. You can get day passes to the Delta SkyClub at a reduced rate, and can add SkyClub access to the card for less than an annual membership (but it only works at Delta clubs and not the ones for partner airlines). You get a companion ticket (domestic travel) each year (friend flies with you for free). You may get preferred "prices" when buying merchandise using SkyMiles via www.delta.com. Having a Delta AMEX card appears on your SkyMiles membership information and may mean the difference between getting an upgrade or not. Having an American Express card also has many benefits, such as car rental insurance when you use the card to rent the car. You can also buy AMEX travel insurance. Bottom line: If you fly Delta a lot and don't already have an American Express card you should strongly consider getting a Delta SkyMiles AMEX card..
