For Spring Break, my Mom is taking me on a vacation to anywhere, where should I go?

If you really want to go to Paris....do it. Who cares what people suggest. Do what you want you to do. Your mom is awesome.

come to Australia my friend! i live in Sydney, and after travelling to and living in other various parts of the world (new zealand, usa, uk, lots of parts of europe, pacific islands etc) I'd have to say there's nowhere in the world quite like this place. you're totally right that the animals and scenery etc. are unique and amazing. i do have to say though, if you're after the world's friendliest people you can't go pat Fiji or New Caledonia in the south pacific. the islander people are amazing :)

I'd actually suggest europe. France could be nice, although peronally I prefer italy. It jsut sounds so nice there. I dont really think theres anything there in the UK unless you count the people to be something interesting. Australia just creeps me out because of all the deadly things there, but I'm sure the wildlife is amazing. Going to rome might be cool to see all the works of art and temples. Or you can do a combination, maybe rome, then italy, then france or something like that.

Make sure you DON'T go to the UK, I'm surprised their motto isn't: Keep Britain Clean! Shoot a tourist! They hate Americans. (Although I can't entirely blame them. <_< >_>)

Take a trip around Western/Middle Europe. Wonderful place. Australia is baron and I suggest you avoid most of it. The UK is cold and depressing. Europe sits right in the middle. Fantastic place.
