Is it safe to visit India on holiday?

Looking to go on holiday?? Should i visit China or India?? cant decide between the 2 destinations?

    Having been to both, my personal preference is India. In China I went to Beijing and Shanghai, India I went to Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore and Chennai. I found India a much more fascinating culture (although I can't eat spicy food, so went a bit hungry sometimes!). China was being readied for the Olympics when I went and was just one big building site. Yes there are fascinating things to see in China, but if I had the chance, I would rather go back to India.

well what food do you prefer? i say Chinese but each to their own. i would go to china to see where all my things come from.

i should say China. China is a nice country with rich culture and long history. There are so many places are worth your visiting. Beijing with Great wall, Tiananmen Square,The Forbidden City and Hutong Culture.

I would say China as it is must do to see the terracotta army and the great wall of china .
