What is the cheapest way to ship a package overseas to UK that weights 2lbs?

  Here is the link to the USPS . This gives you the weights, rates, restrictions, and pretty much everything else you'll need to know. The only thing I do not see listed here is what is called SAM(standard air mail). Most of the time this is a cheaper rate and usually gets flown with priority mail. This may be something to ask the teller at your local USPS. Standard mail is always the cheapest way to go, however I am not sure if they allow this for overseas mail.
