How to tell where your package is in customs?

Postal Tracking Question Customs Office Customs Retained Reason: Other?

Answer:

Since it's shown as "retained" only one minute after it was booked into the country, I would guess that that was too quick to make any kind of decision (especially on a Friday night), and it's just been kept for Customs to make a decision which won't be before they come into work on Monday at the earliest.
