Which is better all-inclusive resort or a cruise?

Cruise vs all inclusive resort?

• I have a chance to go to a resort in cancun with some friends and around the same time I could go on a cruise with some other friends. The cruise is only $500 per person and the resort is $1300. I know with the resort that includes the room and food/drinks. Im not sure if the cruises price includes food and drinks or not. Im kinda leaning towards the resort because I will be able to drink alcohol in mexico and if I go there that's all im gonna do the whole time and I don't think you are allowed to drink on cruises if your underage unless you dock somewhere but im not sure. In your opinion which would be more fun a cruise or a resort

  Neither are very fun. Both cruises and resorts defeat the purpose of traveling. Traveling is something people do to explore other places, cultures, meet people, and to check out attractions unique to the area. You don't travel to drink alcohol and get a sunburn. Why waste the money for a flight if you're just going to sit around getting drunk the entire time? You can do that anywhere.
