Travel and tourism course question?
-
okay im doing an assignment on things which have affected inbound and domestic tourism in the past 5 years. one of the things i have chosen is weather, i have put about the snow in 2010 stopping flights but i was wondering if there is anything else that happened with weather in the UK? Also if anyone could give me any ideas on what to else to write on travel restrictions that would be great :) thank you i know it probably isnt in the right category lol didnt know to do this or Education

Answer:
Well, the weather had an effect on the volcano that erupted last year grounding thousands of flights, because of the direction the wind was blowing in. If it had blown the ash cloud in the right direction, air traffic wouldn't have been affected.
