I can't decide where to go in Europe. What is the best place to see?

why don't you do a tour of Europe, it's relatively easy to get from country to country. I'd start maybe in England, then go to Spain, France, and Italy.

Go to the amalfi coast in Italy, it was my favorite by far.

Capri, Italy...the most beautiful place in Europe I've ever seen, and I've been to Germany, Greece, France, Spain, etc...

FORGET WESTERN EUROPE, TOO MANY MCDONALDS RESTAURANTS AND TOO AMERICANIZED!!!! might as well go to Epcot Center in Orlando. Explore Eastern Europe, especially the beautiful Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). They are inexpensive and unstained with our western fastfood chains and retail stores. The people are fantastic, the food amazing, the landscape is incredible, the culture is a real treasure and their history is truly insipring. I have travelled through 50 countries in 5 continents (lived in 7 countries so far, I am 30) and the Baltic States are by far my favorites. I recommend you fly through London into Helsinki, take the ferry accross to Tallin, Estonia. Between the nations there is a robust and inexpensive system of buses, you can take trams within the countries (inter city). In Estonia visit Tallin, Haapsalu, and Tartu. In Lavia visit Riga, Cesis and Sigulda. In Lithuania visit Vilnius and Kaunas. If you can, spend a week in each country. Stay away from the hordes of fellow Americans who spend too much time in Rome and Paris, eating American food, drinking American beer, being loud and obnoxious and expecting (sometimes demanding) every local speaks English, while refusing to mix with the locals. Immerse yourself in these three lovely nations and try to visit some orphanages as well if you have a few spare hours, it will be incredibly rewarding! PS. Whatever you do, do not call them Russians. They have their own language and are a different ethnic group

I hear germany is beautiful. They have castles and I hear one that is built into the side of a mountain. I would want to go there

I haven't been there, but I'm going on July, i asked people, and visited wikitravel.com, and then i decided... I'm going to: Paris (Eiffel tour, Louvre museum, Notre dame, sacre coeur, Champs Elisse, etc) Barcelona (Sagrada Familia, La pedrera, night life, bars, they say the people there like to party) Rome (Coliseum, Panteon, And a lot of famous ancient buildings) Florencia (Museums, The David of Michelangelo, etc) Venecia (All the city....Gondolas...) If you're going, it's cheaper to stay in a hostel and a lot of fun with other people of different countries.
