Can I get a passport card?

Can i buy a Adult Passport Book without the card or do i have to get both?

In order to fly to a foreign country including Mexico, you must obtain a passport book which can cover all your travel needs whatsoever and you won't need a card anymore. The card is only good for traveling to Mexico, Canada on land.
