Holiday ideas for family with young adults?

• I would like to take my family on a last final family holiday (4 kids) before thay all leave the nest, but I'm so stuck as to where to go. We can only go either July when everywhere is sooo hot or December where it is not warm enough. My criteria: a villa with space so we don't get on each other's nerves, reasonable activity e.g water sports ,the odd theme park and somewhere where I can relax. oldest chilld: 22 youngest 15. Help anyone please

  Have you ever taken a cruise? I love them becuase there is something to do for everyone, and you can also have some alone time if needed. There are clubs for the 18 plus and then there are cool parties for the 15 year old. Also, you get to see so many different places and there is enough food for everyone. YOu have a different show everynight that will appease everyone's tastes from classical to broadway to adult commedians. If you worry about motion sickness, I get sick very easily and they now have wrist bands that pregnant women use for morning sickness and chemo patients use them as well. They are bought at the local pharmacy for $10.00 and work wonderfully!! I've been on several cruises email me if you have any questions, but I personally believe this is the best way for everyone to have fun.
