Has anyone ever been on an Atlantis All-Gay cruise before?

Ambien induced DUI, Want to travel in cruise ship while on probation? FL- NZ-AUS?

• I had a terrible reaction to Ambien and it resulted in a DUI. I have been clean a long time and my partner has rewarded my successful turn-around with a cruise. While he and I are unsure about the possibility of me leaving the state, country, etc. he went ahead and reserved a suite on the Atlantis 2013 Sydney Mardi Gras cruise. It's Sunday and I can't contact the PO, PD, or Attorney's, I am asking if anyone knows the FACTS reg. traveling outside the U.S. For vacation after a good 1.5 years probation period. Sentenced 2 years CC, then 3 years Probation, and an ungodly amount of restitution, career loss, emotional damage and stress along with random UA's and breathalyzers.. I have passed everything with flying colors and dedication to never going back down that road. I've reunited with my family and my partner, has been my backbone many days but I know it's decreased his Quality of life. I want to go on this cruise with him to show him I appreciate the shoulder to lean on and that I am still his fun, younger lover. I know this will ignite many opinions but as detailed as this is, can you focus on personal experiences, and FACTS! Traveling out of state while on state probation to Australia, New Zealand, and being charged with DUI w/ Serious Bodily Injury. First charge, was an RN, wouldn't ever have thought they would stick me with such a horrible sentencing, but I didn't hire an attorney because I was totally asleep when I answered the phone and went to a friend in need. My plaintiff was a sister's ex-bf who was troubled and asked a guy (me) weeks after threatening to beat me up for confronting him about beating my sister, asked me to give him a ride home and bought me alcohol while I was there... I know it's bad, I know I made mistakes, I shouldn't have stayed on Ambien over 7 days as it states on the packaging when I was an RN who knew the recent issues that were occurring with the drug; sleep walking, sex without recollection, cooking, eating, and driving.

  We have no freaking idea.... Terms of probation differ for different convictions, in different states, in different counties even. The terms of your probation should have been made clear to you at the time, and should be spelled out in some documents - somewhere - that you should have. You are taking a significant risk if you are not permitted to leave the state or the country, and your PO or the court find out. Are you leaving immediately, or not for some time? That is not at all clear from your question. The details of what you did are meaningless without knowledge of the specific statute and penal code section under which you were convicted. In any case, NOTHING that anyone tells you here is worth a bucket of warm spit. The ONLY thing that matters is what the parole conditions are. DO NOT rely an someone's answer here. That would be terrifically foolish.
