Can I go on holiday straight after my GCSE exams?

Post GCSE's Girls Holiday 2012!?

• Okay so.. There a group of 6 of us, all of whom are in yr 11 and at the end of our GCSE's next year (like June time) we will all be 16, and want to go on a holiday to celebrate no more exams, esp as some of us will be going to college/work and not staying on @ the same 6th form :( so we've looked at some countries, and ngl, there kinda needs to be some alcohol involved (surely you will understand (; ), and theres places like Italy and Portugal, where the drinking age is 16. Were working on our parents, but think that most, if not all, will say yes, as we go to a grammar school, and were all quite mature, sensible and intelligent (i.e able to get around and be fairly independent) so... we were wondering if there are any places where we can go (abroad) that we can fly to, stay and have a good time, without an adult. Knowing this is a long shot, we were kinda looking for some advice/experiences of other people. Somewhere like albufeira maybe? and no we dont have any friends/family with a holiday home, and yes it has to be affordable! thanks! x
