What would u do if you were to go to kenya now?

Should I still go to Kenya even though I'm kind of sick?

  • I am supposed to be going to Kenya tomorrow, but a couple days ago I came down with a sore throat and sore glands. The doc says it's nothing serious, but my immune system is pretty low right now. Would it be wise to still go? Am I opening myself up to get even sicker?

    yes you should go!!! duh. youll be over this in a few days but you will regret not going to kenya. take a bottle of wine for the flight (or buy at the terminal lol) and take some vit. C before you go. youll be fine. go!

i suggest you to not go since your immune system is low because you might be easily contaminated with a disease form there and then they won't allow you to come back to th us until you are cured

If the doctor says it is not serious, you don't need to worry that much. But when you go there don't forget to drink medicine regularly. Don't try to eat everything you seems tasty as you have sore throat. Don't eat dirty food and wash your hands as more viruses and bacteria can contaminate your throat again. Carry menthol mint around to heal your sore throat faster. Drink water a lot as the germs try to escape when you pee or sweat. Hope you will have a great time over there. Bye xx

No, postpone the trip. Your health is more important. If you REALLY have to go bring more then enough medication and buy travel insurance. Avoid any foods which looks unfamiliar. Don't overstress yourself. Good Luck!
