Which is the worst city of em all in terms of overall crime? Regina, SK? Saskatoon, SK or Camden, NJ?

I wanted to know because I've talked to many women around British Columbia, SK, Manitoba, and Ontario....as well as those from Philadelphia, PA, Camden, NJ and the bad parts of Long Island....any comparisons?

I don't know about Camden, but both the cities in Saskatchewan are very safe. I have visited them both many times. Everybody is very nice there and are welcoming. The best part about Saskatchewan is the Roughriders!
