How to prevent ears popping on airplanes?
-
Every time I go on an airplane, on take off and landing, my ears start popping uncontrollably. I have tried plugging my nose and pushing pressure on my ears, I have tried drinking, and I have tried chewing but all of these only work occasionally. I have heard of a product called EarPlanes but I am not sure if they work. Is there any other ways to prevent this?

Answer:
I don't really think there's any other options besides the ones you mentioned, but i just open my mouth really wide and open and close it and open, etc. By the way, your ears pop because of the change of pressure in the atmosphere so I don't think there's a 100% avoidance to the popping.
