How long it would take australian post office to post my parcel?

well i have been checking my parcel from royal mail international signed-for from uk, and it's said my item already arrived in Australia, LAST WEEK! im living in Melbourne, and up until now, i havent got my order yet. it have been 15 days ffrom the postage days, and i urgently need my order for next week, which im now doubtly they'll make it. i want to track them from australia post office as advised by my seller, the the code she gave me to track my order at uk website isnt work for the australian one!!! what can i do to track my item? and can i somehow speed up the process?

I've had this experience many times and always found it best to ask the sender to track it for you. For some reason, they always seem to get better / more accurate answers. Hope it arrives in time!
