Air China Baggage Allowance?
-
the website doesnt cover the subject into much detail but it says "20kgs luggage allowance" what does 20kg look like? is there any idea i can this out without access to some scales?

Answer:
I was on Air China 2 years ago. 20kgs is equal to 44 pounds. Two standard suitcases of clothing only will be about 35-40 pounds. Make sure you MARK YOUR BAGS WELL. I left Shanghai with three bags and came back with two, and the third was never seen again. I filed a missing bag claim and they did nothing. I think it might have been confiscated because I had about 8 bottles of Chinese wine in the missing bag (they wouldn't let me carry on the booze)!
