Can u get a US passport in same day if you lost yours?

Hi I need help regarding my lost passport!!!!!!!!!!!!?

  • I am due to go on holiday on Sunday and have lost my passport, I called the passport office on Monday they advised that for a lost passport they cant book the premium one day service and can only booked the fast track 7 day service. They said that when I turn up for my appointment on Thurday I have to explain the situation and then it will be there choice on the day if they do it that day or not. Has anyone been in this situation? and if so have you managed to get your passport on the same day???

    Hello dear, You can get it within oneday.Normally they say it will take 7 days or something.Contact higher officials and explain your situvation and definately they will help you .Last time my brother lost and we contacted higher officials and we asked them we need it in oneday,so they asked written statement regading situvation and everything on paper and details about where we lost.After that they provided in within one and half day.
