Can I get my fedex package on Sunday?

How long will it take for my fedex package to get to my house?

  • I ordered my item on sunday. I'm using the online fedex tracker to track my package. At 7:50 it arrived at the Local fedex facility (which is about 20 miles away from me). Then at 9:38 it said the same thing (that my package was at the local Fedex facility) but in the details column it says "Package not due for delivery". What does that mean.

    It means that you did not pay for next day service, or for a service that has a specific delivery commitment. They have delivery schedules for everything, and they will make sure to get packages delivered that have specific date requirements. If your package does not, then they will put it on a truck at a later time. When the status changes to say that it is "out for delivery", then you will get it sometime that day - but it is impossible to predict what time it will arrive.

it means it might have arrived at the facility but hasn't been processed yet. it was probably sent regular mail not like overnight or expedited shipping.
