White book bag, black stains. How do I get them out?

Which book bag should I get?

• In the past few years i have used a wheeled book bag. My book bag from last year was all worn out so I started off this year with and old Jansport backpack in the big student style and I dont recall having any problems with it. A few weeks ago when I was at my boyfriends house his mom put my book bag up against the dog cage and the dog chewed off the strap. His mom gave me this red L.L bean back pack with his initials on it from his ex gf. Everyday that I haave walked home with this back pack I have had severe back pain in my upper back shoulder and neck area. I dont know it this i s a cause of weak back muscles or the backpack is badly designed. besides my back pain two other issues is 1 I carry a laptop back and forth to school every day ( I do not know if it will be safe being dragged and bounced around I have a neoprene sleeve for it, jansport does carry a wheeled back pack with a laptop compartment but i dont like that one). 2. I have this small canvas back pack from urban outfitter that I like to use instead of a purse so if I had the wheeled bag I could wear that as a back pack and not have to carry it.
