How to i make my bags lighter?

• I'm going to camp 2moz and i have 3 bags (2 small suitcases and a backpack) we had to bring socks x4 torch sandshoes flip flops (thongs) underpants bras toothbrush toothpaste sleeping bag brush deodorant cup fork spoon knife plate bowl bathers sunshirt t-shirts x4 shorts traksuit pants traksuit tops clipoard paper pencils pillow bedsheets book games for the bus (4 hour trip we are going to moreton island (im from australia) and this is packed in as i said b4 small suitcase and backpack so anyway the bags are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo… heavy wadda i do 2 make them lighter i have kept everything 2 a minumum the above was the list on our camp form so how do i make my bags lighter ???

  take plastic cutlery, not metal or ceramic small book, not a hardback wear the heaviest items share toothpaste? take a cheap light toothbrush, not a thick electric one take less xxx
