What is the allowances for bags and food on international flights ?

• i booked a flight from manila to hong kong to vancouver , the airline from hong kong is air canada . i did not want that airline but it's too late , can't change it , so my travel agent did not want to tell me about the meals if it's included and about the fees for bags if any , the travel agent said call the airline. so will air canada charge for bags on international flights i tried to call air canada and was put on hold and no one answered my call .

  you don't need to call the airline, look on their website, you have internet access. It depends which class you are flying but it will all be there. you didn't need a travel agent to book flights, you could have done it yourself. You wasted your money with them as they won't give you any information. Learn a lesson.
