Can you take a pop out tent on a plane?

  • im going festivaling in europe this year... sunsplash in italy and then dour in belgium. i wanna bring one of those pop out tents, will i be able to get it onto a plane?

    yes u can but u have to get it checked by Security becuase i brought one and they had to check mine just in case i hid something in there but u should be able to i guess it kinda depands on what airplane!=]

probably not on carry-on luggage coz it'll be too big.... but i dont see why it couldn't go in the hold! :)

as hand luggage no but yh can be taken

not as hand luggage as they will not fit in an overhead compartment. nothing to stop you taking it as check in luggage.

If you pack it carefully so it won't be damaged, you can take it as checked baggage. Of course, it will count as a separate piece.
