Are jansport backpacks worth it?

Need help with college backpacks - Jansport revolt V. Jansport air cure?

• i am in need of a good college backpack that holds a laptop and has a lot of space. also, i will be walking a alot, so it has to be comfortable i have been doing a lot of searching and the only really good laptop backpacks are $100. i've narrowed it down to the JanSport Revolt and the JanSport Air Cure. which one is better? or do you have any other suggestions?

  Choose the one that's waterproof. You never think of that until it's too late and you find yourself needing your laptop but having to make the 15 minute trek across campus in the wet snow and 30mph winds. Waterproof is the most important thing!
