• i bought shoes from ebay on May 11. now its June 1... its been three weeks. shoes cost $29.99 with free shipping and it was standard flat rate shipping. i was told that standard flat rate shipping was 3-5 days why hasn't it come yet?

  Ok use this scenario to help ok. Monday you buy and pay Tuesday they notice a sale Wednesday they prepare for shipping Thursday they do standard shipping at the post office. Fri it leaves USPS Sat in transit Sun in transit You didnt say where you are, so now add 4 days. If this was May 1st, it should arrive by May 11th to May 13. If they take longer to package and ship then add up to another 5 days. Some people dont tell you they only ship once a week. Some people dont tell you, that they buy from someone else when someone orders and wait for it to arrive and then ship it to you. Some use drop shipping, and that takes more time also. First email the seller If they do not respond by tomarrow, then do the problem with my order, sorry, they just changed it and its through ebay now I believe where as it use to be done through pay pal. You have been patient, and this is about the max that should be considered slow, and give a rating of slow if the product comes, but rate the other questions as how it is honestly. Raing, Slow to ship, but nice shoes, something like that. IF they do not respond to your email by tomarrow then go for a refund, Ebay will investigate it, and they might refund and the shoes show up, just reverse the payment back to the seller, ONCE the refund is actually available in pay pal, which can take 3 to five days, after it shows you were given a refund. So then you can just pay again for them, use Pay Pal, do not let them email you an invoice, keep the transaction in Pay Pal using the Send cash, and you pay them using their email address, that way, the seller cant say you got it and didnt pay once their refund was issued to you through Ebay. kinda confusing, but in the end its pretty easy. Look for the LIVE CHAT button on Ebays home page,top right corner area, its there when there are operators to help you and they will send direct links and instructions for what you ask for help for. IF theres no button for live chat, then its closed for the day. Dont worry Ebay most of the time can get the refund, and its long enough for Ebay to help.
