If they are using USPS Media Mail - 7-10 business days, from when it gets in to the mail, not when you ordered it.

Try going onto www.usps.com and entering the zip code from where it was shipped, and enter your zip code. It will give you a chart with all of the expected delivery days and rates... I have found that when purchasing books online, sometimes, people send books media mail because it is cheaper for them and they are able to keep more of the profit... otherwise, within 7 days....
