How to Pack efficiently?

I am living abroad and I return home in 7 days. So everything needs to be packed up. (I dont have any furniture. Its just cosmetics, books, clothing, personal items, etc.) I am really overwhelmed on how to pack everything. Also I still need clothes to wear this week, so is this going to be a last minute laundry thing too? Help on how to pack efficiently. Thank you!

Answer:
Do all of your laundry the night before saving a last outfit to wear on the way home. When you pack, to minimize wrinkles you can roll them and tie it with rubber bands or just fold them if you don't really care. Put your cosmetics and toiletries in a plastic bag.
