How long does free shipping take from the uk to germany?

I bought some amazing heels online 5 days ago from jimmychooshoessale.biz which supposedly is located in the uk and i wanted to know when they will arrive in germany because i need them in a week. the shippment is free shipping, which was their only shipping method, and right now my order status is at pending but whenever i email them about the shipping details and when they will arrive, they never answer! how long do you think it will take for them to arrive or even be sent? need them asap!!!! :/

call them and ask the status of your order you should receive is a couple of days if they had your size in stock if not, you may want to cancel the order.
