How can I get Croatian passport?

Would i get my passport back in time before i leave for mexico?

• i'm 13 years old and i know today is monday and on thursday me and my dad will be taking a plane from the Indiana in the United States to Tampico, Mexico. We thought we had gotten everything ready for our flight on Thursday when my dad forgot that I needed a passport! HE had one but I didn't so today i got my picture taken for my passport and he gathered all necessary imformation and he and my mom signed some papers at a post office and we wanted FAST DELIVERY so my passport could be processed as soon as possible BEFORE THURSDAY! we used Fed Ex(Federal Express) to deliver information and stuff needed for passport processing to Florida. My dad paid $225 so it could ship as fast as possible. he thinks it should get there by tomorrow morning(Tuesday) but i'm worried that it might not come back in time. How long does it take for a passport to be processed for a kid under the age of 16? And if you have had a similar situation, did yours come back in one or two days later after you sent it? I'm really anxious and worried cuz they shipped it tonight(Monday night) and i'm afraid it might not get back in time even though my dad paid alot of money to get it delivered fast. i need it before thursday or else we might have to book our flight for another day and we're in a hurry to get to mexico for important reasons. Also, we sent my passport information to PASSPORT NATION and they claim they expedite passports in 24 hours.
