Does passport 6 months rule exist in Berlin?

• im going to berlin in march and my brittish passport runs out in april. ive heard about this 6 month rule about passports, that some countries require 6 months on your passport to travel. Will this affect my journey from the UK to berlin? I saw a site before with a list of countries with a 9 month rule and 6month rule as well as those with no rules and you can travel till it runs out. but berlin wasnt on any of these. Please help and if you can any links to sites saying it for my peace of mind. Thanks
