What should I pack for a trip to South Carolina?

What should I pack on a christmas road trip comeing up this year?

• I am going to be going on a road trip to north carolina this year with my family this year and stopping at hotels on the way there and back and just wanted to know what I should pack for it. If it helps any it might snow. Thanks a lot guys!

  North Carolina is likely going to be cold but not freezing. I do not know where you are from, so I have to guess. Jeans or warmer trousers/pants. T-shirts, shirts and sweaters. underwear. Wintercoat, or if you do not have one, fleece jacket and a rain jacket. Socks. If you can expect to be outside in the cold long, a warm layer for under your clothing. Gloves, scarf, wooly hat. Mountainboots are great in cold weather, otherwise, bring at least two pair of shoes. Good outfit for Christmas, with extra clean shirt/top if you will have more than one formal dinner. If you just go for a few days, keep down on the numbers. You will not need a clean outfit 4 times a day, but your parents will appreciate a clean outfit for the special meals. To keep yourself ocupied: Music player, whether an MP3, Ipod or your phone. Handheld game. Pack of cards, Book. Camera.
